Description
Second in the series of a SciFi/Fantasy Travel Logs: The trip down into that old base was supposed to be a quiet excussion, and maybe turn up some valuable tidbits and mementos! Thank goodness for her excellent hearing or there might not be a part 3!

Hearing a noise she looks into the rearview mirror Damn! That's the 3rd one this week. *Carefully she reaches for the red switch on the dashboard." Those wide eyes are most definately startled, but she is nowhere near panic. The expression is priceless.
