I used Godess lights, freebie at Runtime DNA, but I changed a little bit the one called simple white ^^U (and I never save the lights that I use for my renders, because I enjoy making lights in each image).

The dreamy lighting really attracted me to this image, she really looks as though she's in that dreamstate making sure that everyone else keeps the person from waking. Excellent pose, beautiful girl and well done lighting...
