Description
Van Helsing studied his vistor with curiosity.
"I find myself wondering why a," Van Helsing paused and considered his words carefully, "gentleman, such as yourself, Count Dracula, knowing full well who I am and what I do, would come calling here, at my home?"
The Count smiled ever so slightly before speaking, "Why, Doctor, I feel the town's people have done you a grave disservice. I was informed that you were egotistical, illmannered, and quite crass. And, here I find you to be quite the oppisite."
The Count's smile faded and his face to on an air of seriousness. "Why do I come to you? To offer you my services, Sir. To aide you in your task."
Van Helsing struggled to keep the surprise from showing. This was a trick, a devious plan to throw him off his guard and leave him vulnerable. But, how?
