ok this is my first tyry at poser and i really suck at it if anyone could give me tips how to 1. change cloths without the figure dissapearing
2. change it to a women i dont seem to have any female figures and 3 banything to make it better

This is not bad at all. Nice expression, good use of dynamic hair, and the lighting looks fine to me. As for advice: the first two points you mention are very well explained in the manual - you do have the manual, I hope! - and for the third: you might want to change the background color to a pale blue, and make his shirt dark red. Connecting a specular highlight to the reflection slot of the eye material nodes would give more life to his eyes.
