Description

these are some Australian politicians-so you may not know them! John Howard you might. I wanted a simple modelling style for this, so everything was box-modelled from spheres and cubes. Cinema 4d 8.5 and Bodypaint

That looks awesome, I love the style, it is also well presented and the expression on the guy on the right is funny (I think the other is John Howard, or am I wrong?)

thanks for that! the guy on the left is peter costello, the treasurer.the carrot tops are lots of extruded splines with a low detail display tag to keep them not too realistic and cartoony.

Great job. I'm American and I recognize Mr. Howard. Let me guess to boot the carrots belong to someone else and all you have to do for a carrot is give them a vote. BTW, you have a very unique style that really stands out. I still can't get over that freakin robot or that rabbit. You should do one with a roadrunner somehow losing for once.

thanks asia dog- I'd love to 'do over' some loony tunes characters..they deserve it for once!! I'm a bit terrified of their lawyers though. however I've got a very mangled cute birdy almost finished that I'll post next week

I sure know of them (being a regular reader of the SMH). You have exactly captured the last election. Your imagery is just wonderful - you not only make beautiful pictures with humour, but your characters almost seem alive.
