Excellent modeling!!! I did an animation for Hitachi, using a model of one of their excavators. I have a deep appreciation for the amount of work you put into this model!!! Well done!!! Textures are marvelous!!! It has to have some dirt on it! ;)

Nice modelling. The radiosity render has a few artifacts and there is an aliasing problem with the CAT logo.

well done- that must have taken ages. For the dirt, Have you tried using something like the speckle brush in photoshop and alpha mapping it on with some bump?
