Description


A plant that feeds on flying creatures that are unfortunate enough to get blown into the mouth. Grows along windy areas of the Luminaire lowlands. Voyager, Groboto, PS 7. Thanks for viewing.

Great integration as usual Jamie. This is a real Groboto original. I like the story that goes with it too. It looks like a nice subtle use of smooth floor on that cellular voronoi texture too.

Integration between Groboto and Artmatic Voyager are really giving a special atmosphere. I like these pictures, they are really unique, excellent work !

For rendering I'm using Grobovision with TIFF files created in Photoshop for textures. This one has both a wood and a bark texture that makes it look reptilian. I've tried exporting both .obj and 3dmf files to import into Bryce 5 but Bryce 5 crashes when I do that under Panther. If I can find another OS X app to imort 3dmf fiels to I'll try that sometime. I wish Grobotovision were OS X. Hopefully before too long. Thanks for the kind words everyone. I may post a sound file of the Windhorn if anyone is interested. Cheers!

Your plant has something of the snake about it. Works really well with the landscape.
