Programs used: Vue,Poser, Cinema 4d XL 7 & Photoshop INTERESTING THOUGHT: Because of Adam's disobedience, all men are made sinners. But how is the sin of Adam imputed to the rest of mankind? Some people say that Adam's state of corruption and guilt is transmitted to his decendants. Others feel that Adam acted as the federal representative of all of the human race (Rom. 5:12-20;10:5). The fact remains that all humans are now hopelessly lost and in need of a savior. That is why Jesus came (Luke 19:10).

First Excellent Picture! Stunning render. Now to answer your questions. He first missaligned himself spiritually, so that he no longer recieved the full benifiit of the life giving forces/emotions that God gives. second he planted a selfish unrestrained emotions and faithless seed in his heart which altered his perceptions of life and thusly his behavior followed suit. These and other flaws that he incorporated into himself (remember adam only had one rule, he was 99.99% self governing. with the freedom to become whatever he chose. But he chose to plant/cultivate a negative seed) Now having currupted/cursed himself Adam could only pass on to his childeren what he himself had, as all parents do. With each generation growing consecutivly more sinful. I will use a car as the example: You have a new car, it uses a premium type fuel, but instead you decide to put into it a cheeper grade, eventually the car will start having problems. Now pass that car on to your children and Who only understand the cheeper grade of fuel (because that is now all they have) and the car continues to get worse and worse. Now Adam's children are cursed, they no longer have the understanding, perception, or ability to have a perfect relatonship with God. One which requires perfection of the person wanting the relatinship. This is why Jesus had to come and die as a perfect man. because we did not have the ability "price" to have that type of relationship with God. And the other consequences of that decision can be see in the human race, Physically, mentally, emotionally, and of Character. I hope this helps to answer your questions some what.

Excellent job as always my friend! The question is a very loaded one and very much debated and argued among the the theological and the profane alike. I will not attempt a full answer, but here's my general take and opinion. As best I understand the whole of scripture, by Adam's (and Eve's) choice to disobey God, the nature and tendency to serve "self" instead of obeying God became the natural bent of mankind. As for the "federal representative" for mankind, I rather believe that each soul is considered and judged according to their own choices and ultimately whether or not they chose to believe in Jesus as their personal Savior. That said, there is a wealth of scriptural reference concerning the values of one generation influencing the next generation(s) for better or worse so it is vitally important for us to strengthen our own values and teach our children to be even better Christians than we are. Keep up the good work!

And the moral of the story? :) If Adam and Eve had first eaten of the Tree of Life , then they wouldn't of been decieved. First, learn the (truth) in God's word, and you will not be decieved when you are tempted! Great inspiration Mark! Very important subject and amazing artwork! V :)

Excellent composition! hmmm, do you think that we have a sin "gene"? Of is it the bad influences that are past on? Could the sin nature be a specific gene that leans us toward sin? Confusing...

wow another impactful image my friend..and yes it raises questions among us all depending on where we are in our spiritual path....Crown mad an awesome analogy with the car and cheaper gas..how can our youth of today grow up to have gr8 morals standards and values if they arenevr taught them..on thing id like to add...really doesnt apply to this image but it helped me alot in raising my sons...children are gifts and God entrusted them to us to show them the right way...we are all His children..and if we treated all our children with love acceptance and patience..then they will grow up and do the same o their children etc. etc.thus wher ewe get the term "good or bad seed"...children LEARN what they LIVE..ok off my soap box now...hugs Mark...Laura:0)))))VOTE!!!!

Excellent composition. I know you place a lot of effort to get this one just right. Thank God for giving you a clear vision. When adam and eve sinned, the nature (spirit) that was given to them by God was tarnished. Most people think that it's only Genes that we passed on but we pass on this same nature to our children ( or else babies would be still born (no spirit - no life) We are all born in sin and shapen in iniquity. No one had to teach Cane to Kill Abel ( first murderer) the sinful nature was in him, a nature which finds it easier to do the wrong than the right. To go even further we see the right as bad and the wrong as good most of the time. Which is easier to do? To Lie or Tell the truth? This is why we must be born again. Our spirit must be renewed by the shedding of blood. thank God he came to do that for us. The wages of sin is death (spiritual death, total separation from our creator) but thankfully God's gift if we chose to accept it and repent, is eternal life with Him.

Apostle Paul tells us that prior to regeneration our spirit is 'dead' as unto God 'in sins and trespasses'. Vestiges of spirit remain but the orientation is as 'off beam' as a planet spun out of orbit(James 3:6). Because of this SIN the functions of the human spirit are depleted of their majestic capability - spiritual gifts, worship, prayer &c.. God warned Adam (Adam & Eve)the cost for sinning is 'in dying you will die'. This became true for the seed carriers and the seed as it was true in another way for fallen angels. The latter assert claims for man's worship and soul when it is the Creator's work. All these traceable consequences in humanity seen today originate in the defectiveness that is Sin. The 'deceitfulness of sin' makes people rationalise it all away.... until the spirit is NEW and one with the saviour Jesus Christ sane awareness of sin is clouded - as like with scales on the eyes. Scripture teaches that Disobedience regarding the WORDS of God is the original sin. This is deep but it's worth looking into!
