Description

My first image using Terragen. I have only just started using it again lately because I found it a bit difficult to use when I first downloaded it. This is a concept render for a background to use in the DAZ|Studio contest. Any suggestions on improvements will be greatly appreciated!

what a strange water! The surfaces are good.

That is a good terrain to use amd the water is really neat(By the way, how did you do that?) but I don't think this should be in the realism category. The edge of the wet sand needs to be fuzzier. I know I am naturally biased and it needs more work but you should check out my beach scene. Good luck.

Nice start - good mood and colours - tray less foam on the water, imo, and far less bump on a foliage covered surface

The difference in color between your wet sand and your dry sand is too great. Try also putting an intermediate color in between. At a distance, your water foam is good, but too thick close to shore.
