This is so extremely realistic that I recommend to add some morphs to the air mattress to visualize the girl's weight, and - if possible - show some back and arm muscles - triceps and teres major (?) But anyway - awesome image!

The render is perfect as such a situation is quite difficult to deal with, but even more important is the composition: because it is very original, it is a total success. Every detail is well worked, e.g. she has dirty feet sole as she has warked on a dirty soil before resting on water.
