Description

Meteorology has always intrigued me. In the mountains there are a lot of wheather conditions we do not know in the Netherlands. Dutch people do not know the Swiss poldermodel. :) Verrrry favorite is my girlfriend, a little clouded perhaps but she's really cool-headed, the Jungfrau, with 4158 meters quite a mountain. It's a very remarkable mountain, visible in many valleys here and a climate separator, between the Mediterranean influences on the South (behind this mountain) and the Northsea influences on the North. On the right hand there is a small summit, the Silberhorn, covered with a snow dune. The cloud above the Jungfrau is moving but new clouds are evolving and - on this side - the view remains clear. I hope you enjoy to view this mountain - I can't get enough of it. Minolta X-700 (Fuji Sensia 100 II, 120 mm) Thanks for your attention and your always valuable comments

Wonderful photo of this old girlfriend of mine. You can try to climb this virgin, but most of those who want to get on top of her use the train. How boring! Where's the romance? And what about you? Did you look just at a distance? Thought Dutch were powerful and gripping people? Perfect shot!!

I like the different tones and shapes of your girfriend when lit by the afternoon sun! I don't imagine you argue with her very much either...
