Cool rex model & textures...Painting a specular map may help some. I'd back off on the background. It's competing too much with the dino... probably losing some of the trees... or push them farther back to bring out the angry beast a little better. Another trick to make him pop out would be a rim light - or use Maya's facing ratio in your shaders.
