The best part is the color scheme. I see very little expression on her face. She has the common slack face everyone here seems to use. I like to see the background a little more detailed to go with the realism of the model. The lighting makes no sense on the model and there are not strong enough shadows. Add shadows and some texture to the ground level and it will be great.
