Yes, this one is much better. I like the surface overlay and the haze. Both add much interest to the picture. Regarding the water: consider reducing the transparency and the density if the shore foam. Also you might want to deepen the water a bit to see if you can get more variation to the shore lines. You have done very well with this image.
