Description

Where in other valleys on this altitude (1500 m) the snow has almost disappeared, this narrow valley is still in winter mood. The Sefinen-Luetschine carries the water of melting snow off. The 3436 meter high Gspaltenhorn marks the end of this valley. A bit too high for me on this day. Pity I have no coffee with me! But my lunch here is delicious. The bright sun warms me and I enjoy this landscape very much. While others bath in endless work I bath in the endless joy of serenity - besides you I'm the only one here :). Tomorrow I hope to post the view to the other side. Minolta X-700 (Fuji Sensia 100 II, 28 mm) Thanks for your attention and your always valuable comments

Hier is het vast wel koud, want er ligt ook sneeuw beneden, maar wel heel erg mooi hoor.

Wow! What a change between the 2 valleys. C'mon, you were so close, surely you could have climbed just a little more. ;^) Beautiful mountain peak.

beautiful pic, i love snowy mountains, i could sit here the whole day and watch this peaceful naturescene (i also like ur attitude "bath in the endless joy of serenity instead of work"...this is the only life we have and we should enjoy it as much as possible and rest in the moment..)
