Just 3DS MAX. I was just playing with lights and here is the result. Hope you like it. ENJOY!

did you model her or is she a poser model? a little atmosphere would add a lot of dramatic effect to the light. it looks a little clean, maybe a night sky as well. but other then that its beautiful man.

Nice atmosphere and a good idea... But it's pretty clear that the buildings are just boxes with textures. Some more detailed modeling would be nice!
