Description
Under the steep walls of Terrace Canyon, the silted flat valley floor is split by the river as it winds its way down and fans out before entering Rusty Lake. This was my delta for the April themed challenge. I ran out of time and had to submit a bad render, but it got the most votes of any of my challenge entries (didn't place though) and I liked it so I put it here. Let me know if the thumbnail is too misleading, I really liked that preliminary render too, I wanted to use it in some way. I think I'm getting the hang of sharpening/contrasting etc. The original render looks like you're looking at it through fogged glasses compared to this.
EDIT: I replaced image with a less contrasted/sharpened version. It was too sharp, thanks commentors.

Yeah - I almost didn't look in... and I didn't enter the challenge! Very nice work with the composing, but maybe a little oversharpened - 50% max, my friend!
