This is looking good :) The cat though, seems to have a rather weird face? Perhaps there's something in that milk? ;)

Humorous subject and mostly well done, but the spilled milk looks more like a chunk of metal than liquid. Both it and the milk in the bottle look solid rather than liquid. Wish I could give you a suggestion for changing that, but I have none. All in all a neat picture. Oh, two things: the milk is highly reflective and real milk would not be, it would reflect only light and shadow and that soft and blurred as opposed to sharp and crisp. Also, I think real milk would have the beginnings of little trails down the cracks in the bricks. Hope that helps. It's still a great pic.
