Brings back wonderful memories of my M1 Carbine... the little brother (sister?) whose "pumpkin on a post" sights are still one of my favourite visions. Are the mice really that bad in your neck of the woods? ;) All our backyard parties tend to go in this direction at some point or another. Nice, clear shot (with the camera... I can't possibly comment on the target area from this perspective)...
