Description
Buddha's birthday was Apr.8th.
We have this event in May every year in the city where I live in.
This is a snap shot of a ceremony, May 8th.
Priests recited a stura,
Children in a buddist kindergarden sang a pretty song for Buddha.
Buddha statue was standing in this house.
There was also a parade of children ( almost 5~6 years old )
who wearing beautiful kimono and crown(for girls) or formal headwear (for boys).
This event in my city may be smaller than another cities' yet,
it's a very traditional and kind of peaceful one..
