Description

The most graceful and elegant of all animals. There is nothing quite as wonderful as watching horses run free, the wind blowing their manes, hearing the clomp of their hoves as they thunder past. Except for these three, which I caught sleeping. Taken at the bottom of my garden this morning. It's a warm sunny day, so who can blame them? I might even join them later. Thanks for looking.

And no, they're not dead. I called out to them and one looked up, rolled over and went back to sleep.

Excellent photo! And highly unusual to find not one but three laying down resting. The color is crisp and the image sharp. Great composition!

Yes - this is an excellent photography! (Maybe using an UV-Filter would add some detail at the horizon?)

Wait philip, I use UV filter, yes it enhance the quality when sun but it break also the impression of deepness; I love this blury horizon, that how our eyes seeing thing ! A great shot my fiend, it touch me a lot as well as I have a great respect and love for horses who are so intelligent and sensitive animals. V
