Hey guys, this is my monster... I am using him for my final animation. He is nearly ready to go! Please give me constructive critisism so that I can make him better! Thanks!

Overall he's great, I'd give him a bumpier skin texture though, and perhaps a little more definition between his armor and his skin. I don't know how you'd do this though, so I'll just shutup.

Is this too dark for anyone? I made it at home and I think my settings are a bit different. It is looking pretty dark here at school!

It is a little dark. From what I can see, You didn't take the time to UV map and unwrap the model which would give you more control over textures. It looks too rubbery and plastic with the textures you have there. Cheers :)

Better lighting would do him justice as well, and I must agree, the skin needs a better shader/texture.
