It clear that you had you shutter time too slow for this kitty. At least the camera did move a little while shooting the picture resulting in multiple image been drwn over eachother. This gets the lighter (florescent) spots in the image.

That effect would be great to experiment with. I tried that once, but really was too blurry to do much with. Maybe try it again, sometime.
