She is indeed very beautiful, but I just find her eyes look very weird. Might be that photoshop messed with the way the eyes look, but I guess she had red eyes in the original photo, making a pupils get very light when making the image B&W.

Thank you for all for your comments, she'd be livid if she knew I'd posted it. Vraxor, yes it was a case of red eye which I should have sorted but totally forgot! :-(
