Description

using 3dsmax4 and a combination of Afterburn and Particle Combustion and different light angels i came up with 2 slightly FX. The one on the left has 2 particle cumbustions one to add more realism with flames at bottom tell me what smoke plume looks more realistic. still trying different tecniques.

The one on the right. They both have realistic capabilities however, it just depends on it's application. Say the density in the smoke from burning tires would be left.

Yeah, Im agree. I think the second is more realistic, maybe because of the light, I dont know but good work. ;-)

Both of them are good- however I have to agree, I definatly like the one on the right... seems more realistic.

I agree... the one of the right is more realistic and seems more "hot" :-) Nice nice work!
