Description
This is based on a David Delamare image.
The rooftops and chimneys are RDNA's Whitechapel (I did try to model a rooftop myself but got bored and gave up - I did manage to make the stars though :)) The little girl poses are from Firebirdz Pitter Patter package. Everything else is postwork in Photoshop CS using lots of brushes found at various places on the web.
