When the pain comes and you feel that it will never end .You feel nothing will stop the hurting . Your scared and feel all alone .
You ask ,can I endure this ? Will it ever end ? What can I do to change this feeling of hurting ?
Just reflect on the possitive things . Dont let this beat you .Dig deep inside and pull that inner strength .
Look to the light, turn away from the darkness that has captured your spirit so you may fly again

I know a little darker writings than I usually do .Something pretty scary has happened the last 2 days . I feel really stressed and the anxiety has ran me down abit
