Description

My 1st contribution to Martin J. Birk's Carta project. It shows the solitary island in my northern kingdom (north-west). Sky additions by PhotoShop/Xenofex. The Project's base terrain and some further informations about the project itself are available at Martin's HP: www.alienskins.de

Very much like Iceland or Greenland Lutz. The sky is a good indicator of the weather. The Isle of Lutz is captured beautifully here. Off in the upper right there appears to be a frozen Tundra. This is very realistic work.

The haze in the distance looks like snow blowing, and this makes it look very realistic. Of course, your surface helps a lot, as always. :)
