Description

Dedicated to the great C4D work of 3D_Explorer: So, there I was, sitting there minding my own business Beta testing Strata 3D CX, when this little red guy jumps out of the screen and hops along my keyboard. I gots me a new pet! (Don't let that misleading look of confusion on his cute little face fool you... he's quite happy under there!) Radiosity rendered in 5 minutes with the LightDome. The little guy was modeled using the new SDS modeler (polygon subdivision). No post work. Fine Print: No animals were harmed in any way during the making of this piece, however, one cordless mouse, a giant spaghetti strainer and two keyboards were used to help capture the little guy. :)

when I surf the gallery and I see a pic like this that don't have that many viewings or rankings yet, it blows my mind... maybe if you put some boobs on your pet, it would get fiftymillion viewings... I don't know, go figure. cool stuff.

I had a similar experience last night. But with 2 June Bugs. Not sure what they're called over here inthe UK, but I know them as june bugs. Took a big glass to catch them. Nice modelling. Cute guy. What you gonna call him?

Wow, I've never had anyone dedicate anything to me. Thanks LCGuy. It's a bit funny because I've always been a bit envious of your skills with lighting and your ability to bring a scene to life. I have always thought your glass renders to be some of the finest I've ever seen. Anyway, nice work, he's a cute little guy.
