President Bush addressed a joint session of Congress today to propose a Constitutional Amendment to define an American Citizen as being a person who is a white, married, non-Catholic Christian with a yearly household income of $250,000.00 or greater.

lol at least it would include almost every congress man and senator politictions love to pit one group against the other: poor against rich, black against white, northern against southern, hawks against doves, republican against democrat, any thing to further their aims
