Description

A view of two Constitution class starships in orbit around a planet. This image was almost completely generated in Carrara Studio 3. The original 3D Aura I applied to the planet was screwed up when the starship model was rendered in front of it. The fix was to render the planet and starships separate and recombine them using Paint Shop Pro. As always, Star Trek the original series is a favorite. -Kix

Paramount Pictures could definately have put you to good use, had there been the right computers back then. Awesome job.

Really Great, Scott, you make me travel through my mind so deeply! I've been fascinated by Star Trek series & movies since i was a child, and you rendered this part of my dreams very well, some magical power goes through your fingertips, no doubt 'bout it.. Excellent Art Work, my friend....a french fan.

I've been painting the Enterprise for a couple decades and hating it because of having to plot all those curves and ellipses. It's much nicer to be able to plug the math into a computer. Although now I wonder how freaking long did it take to plot the whole ship?!?!?!? Very nice work!!!!
