Description

This is the great demon from Sixus1 (a brand new release). He fits the power behind the master necromancer moving in my story lines (that conflict is months off, but the stories are headed there). The prop is Dedscape 2, for the wall and door. Man, Sixus1 can do some perfect, powerful work. I'm thinking of mixing this one with the cyborgation to create some DoomII/Quake creatures, except I don't have any place to put them in my mythology right now. Sure miss Lionlord doing the renders for me to texture, but you can see the texturized version of this at http://www.sixus1.com/Forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=317 This makes my fourth real render, all mine from start to finish. I'm learning, with thanks to my friends.

Now this is one fine looking demon, scary and very powerful. Before I read the description I thought it looked like a Doom monster, the kind that jumps out from behind a wall in the maze and scares the crap out of you. Great looking work!

Nice work! He looks like he's expecting someone to come through that door... the Demon Queen perhaps?

If you've seen the new Sixus1 demon queen, he'd be running if she were coming. He is about to confront Teal and the rest. Thanks to all for the comments!

I really appreciate the comments. I worried about the camera focus length, should I let it focus on the door and blur the demon just a little or should I highlight the demon? I almost rendered the background seperately, texturized it and then used it as a background with a sharper focus on the demon, but I decided to go with this and I'm glad it worked out. Thanks everyone!
