Description

Chronic Depression has many faces. What happens when you have less internal coping mechanisms then you have external resourses? In the silent darkness of our inner feeling is born our outer reality. Depression can sometimes be an invisable entity, pushing us into decisions that cannot be unmade. When someone faces depression, those on the outside have a great deal of trouble understanding why. Depression too often walks hand in hand with a deep sense of helplessness. Sorry for the really down image. What is art really, but what we feel at the moment. I have had chronic depression for many years now. It is due to a sub-aracnoid temperal lobe cyst I have. The area controls feelings and emotions. The doctors called it subclinical depression. Meaning it is caused by something physical. The temperal seisures, which go on in the background cause the depression. Zeb M3 - Quim 3d worlds - H. mann Mill. 3 tears - Everseer

I am so sorry to hear about your depression. Great piece, though. It really touches a cord in me as I am bipolar and know that the it is hard to not only deal with the depression, but to protect others from it. The game of "nothing's wrong", denial, highs and lows.

This picture is awesome and says so much with so few words. I understand the feeling of the picture along with the severe depression. I have so many days of that. However, somewhere there is a light shinning and we must look for that. Take care. - Nancy
