D'accord avec Olivier : terrain, surface, pov et atmo sont super bien faits. Par contre, la fourmi ne me para pas rliste. M'enfin bon ... j'ai pas vu non plus toutes les fourmis partout dans le monde, donc je ne peux pas dire. this is renderosity. the voting system is for ass, every pic gets excellent, the worst maybe good but that it was, we have 10 opinions to vote, but only 3 are used, sad but true.

This is very disturbing to me. You should know by now that this is not going to change. Perhaps we should just accept it and rise above what we don't agree with rather that wallowing in it. Just let me know and I will remove my pictures that are in the "Hot 20" from the Gallery all together in order for you kind Artists to move in.

This is all too real. It's life not always fair, I agree with alot of your opinions but we have to start voting on images we the individuals thinks is good , great or excellent, not because of the amount of comments that image might get. We know who the masters are, we don't always have to kiss up to them, we need to start helping out the new comers to reach our levels. VVVVV

Above I read the names of many really great artists and I have to say: I respect your work, I respect your opinions and finally I respect YOU! And I myself am a great maintainer of sarcasm and irony, but it's really absurd to vote for this "image"! At present this image is #4 of Hot20 and occupies the place where an excellent image could be. And I think that's exactly what you're protesting against, am I right? @ Zazie and Christianfly and the names I read above: This is not against you - I'm sure you had only honest intentions! But you should really think about if it makes sence to vote for this one. I admit the Hot20 is not perfect but if we don't stop this it's becoming absurd. And I agree with EoinArmstrong, we shouldn't forget the really good ones in Hot20! It's honest when you don't name any names (the image above speakes for itself...) and I know you're not protesting against any artists but rather against the people who voted. And even if this is not against any artist(s), I'm sure it will hurt someones feelings who is not responsible for the votes some people gave him/her. I think that was not your intention! And it makes me really sad when an great artist like Buzzzzz says that he would remove his pictures that are in the "Hot 20" from his Gallery. agree with nostradamus2002... ausserdem finde ich das 'darauf rumgehacke' allmlich ziemlich anend... ich selbst war seit 2 wochen nicht mehr in den top 20... und es kmert mich nicht im geringsten, habe wichtigeres zu tun. aber angegriffen kann man sich von euch beiden schon ein wenig flen. ich verzichte schon seit lgerem auf rankings... ihr scheint selbst ohne nicht auskommen zu knen. macht doch mal etwas urlaub und kommt wieder, wenn ihr eure kinderkrankheiten unter kontrolle habt... ja genau... und lasst platz f wirkliche kunst

First, I want to assure you that this image is not against you, certainly not. Nor it is against any artists who have their images on the hot 20 or not. This is against all the "friends" of artistes who change from one gallery to other, and who give so many stupid comments and votes for images that are between "need work, a lot of work" and "nice". And it is because these images are switching the real good one from the hot 20 that we decide to post this one, this is the only way to have a lot of people reading this text. Because this kind of comments are "bullshit" and all but constructive. How can some of us progress when 95% of images have an "excellent"?? As say XR666, RDR offers 10 choices of vote. So we have to be honest, we have to accept a "nice", a "good" with the explaination of why it is only "nice".
Sorry if some of you are offensed, it is not the goal, I just took the risk to write what a lot of you think but don't say. I speak for me, and I think that Zazie agrees with me.

I fully agree with Fly and it was not our intention at all to say something against any of the people who create images, but our little collaboration was meant to invite the others to think about their votings ! The Hot 20 are not worth a rush any more the last few weeks and that is annoying. Because it is not longer objective. @Martin... Personally i dont give a damn about being in the Hot 20 or not (and i am barely present there as you will admit), but i always had a great pleasure to have a look at all the great pics there. But now its different. Fly and me just dared to express (i guess a bit humour should be allowed) what we think about all this and we are knowing that so many others are thinking the same way. But it was not our intention to hurt someone and at least the members who are posting their pics ! @ at Buzzz...your pictures have nothing to do at all with this debate, because they are beautiful and they really deserve to be there ! You know that i voted several times for you !

stepping in once more to agree with Zazie and emphasize to Buzzzzz that your works deserve to be on the Top 20, so please dont take personal offence to anything said here...it is in no way directed at you...as Zazie said, your pictures are truly beautiful and I thoroughly enjoy them, as you know...I hope my past votes have spoken on that issue! the same goes for many who are on the Top 20. ;D
