Your art certainly is inspiring to me and everyone that comes to your gallery and looks at each piece of your work! This is touching and has a definite feeling for an artist. I too haven't been too creative here lately, My computer crashed a few weeks ago and it has taken me a long time to get everything back on here, I had almost 18 GB"S used up here on my 80 GB drive! I now have back almost 10 GB. We need each other! Your Art ALWAYS brings a smile to me and you are brilliant in your work in Photoshop and Poser! You are an inspiration to a lot of artists ! Art is like any other endevor, be it work, sports,school. You strive to do your best and everything runs well and smooth but at some point you hit a plateau and feel that your now going nowhere. May seem strange, but this is a great time. The time to look back and evaluate what you've learned and achieved and appreciate that work. The next step is pushing yourself behond you current abilities and skills. In a sense it's a new beginning. Not something to be forced but rather to let happen in a relaxed manner. Reading, conversations with friends and so forth suddenly will trigger that wonderful feeling to create again, but maybe in a different way! Sometimes tunning out for a while will do the trick and give you the ability to look withen.

Play. Do something fun besides art. This will help rejuvinate your creative juices and give you new ideas and material to put into your art again. Take a break, rest, play, have fun doing something different. You should be re-inspired pretty quickly.

You inspire me with every piece of art, dear! Sometimes you just have to get away from it. I have a hard time coming up with ideas, so I don't see how you are able to post as much as you do. I'm slow (sigh) PS. I love your work! :)

The hollow man (or woman) lying on the stones of a deserted plaza or alleyway, staring out with unseeing eyes and brain made of air. Now this sounds like my kind of image, and it certainly looks great. Inspiration is a fleeting thing, coming and going at will. You have done so much experimenting and so many different styles of work lately that maybe you just need a little break. Relax and enjoy the last 3 months of summers before winter returns.

I think it's something that just flows on and off. A lot of times, taking a break from it, will get you going again. Sometimes you'll see something in your life that will suddenly urge you to create. Don't force it or try too hard, or you'll remain in artist's block. And as always, the media (music, TV, etc) are great inspirations in the off times. Very cool image BTW...
