I know when I looked at this picture it put a smile upon my face as well as a smile in my heart. Just a gentle reminder that Memorial Day isn't always a happy day for everybody...it's a day of remembrance for those who were lost in war, and also gone from our families....but thank you so much for the thought.

Isnt this the first offical weekend to greet summer? Happy Memorial Day weekend back at ya:) Also want to remember those that fought in the war this weekend too, I have to try to get to my father's grave tomorrow Nicely done hun Hugs Susan~

Thanks so much!!! I needed this!!! We've been having tornadoes right and left, black clouds everywhere!!! Yellow is my favorite color also, and I really Love this flower!!! Certainly improved my spirits. This piece of sunshine may help soothe any pain and hurt anyone is having in regards to loss of loved ones in the war. Thank you for your memorial to them!!!!

I remember my father on this day as well, and I know that he would have Loved to have seen some beauty on this day, because I know what he dreamed of some many nites, and the feelings in his heart each and every passing day. He fought in WWII. So I again wish for people to see happiness in this picture hoping that it may ease your pain. I would also like to Thank each person that is or has fought for our freedom.
