Description


Ok, this is by far the hardest thing i've ever made. After extensive modelling in Rhino 3d (and i mean alot, i had to make 3 models before the little guy looked right) i moved it over to Carrara for texturing and additional modelling. I'd appreciate it if you guys told me what you think, or if you have any other thoughts on this picture. Thanks everyone!

Well done on the modelling!! - Looking good! - I would suggest that you dirty the textures on everything as at the moment, the entire environment and R2 look plastic and toy-like. Also because all the edges are slightly softened this adds to the effect, like vacum-formed! - In THAT sense, this image is very photo-real, but it may not have been the effect you were after!? - Look forward to seeing next gen render! :)
