They took refuge from the storm that night to avoid getting soaked or struck by lightning. yet as lightning cracked around them, no rain came. then the truth, the cause of the storm, revealed itself in a flurry of rage, and lightning. Surprise, surprise. Lightning storms from blue dragons aren't an everyday sort of happening, so you do have to give the unwary band of adventurers a bit of leeway here. Great render. :o)

Heh, they should know not to go under trees or stone ruins during lightning storms lol. Love the guy escaping out the back way. Good stuff.

I like this a lot since the posing and "frozen moment" feel is very well captured. The only things that strike me are the harsh light in the foreground, it seems a bit intense on the ground and maybe bringing the mountain range closer to the action might have worked better? That being said it's a really well imangined and rendered scene and my judgement is often awry. :)

I like the vividness in this one, and the feeling lightning is about to strike in the foreground. The cropping gives the entire render a stronger feel, as hard as it is to cut a render this way, it was a good move.
