Well, the reflections are screen captures from photoshop while I was making the actual image. The curved lines coming from the eye are made from a time lapse picture of lights on a freeway. Perhaps the flames are like my eyes burning when I am staring at the computer, making art, so long and forget to blink. Does that happen to you? haha

No, It is not my tutorial. Can't take credit for that. It is by a guy, Anthony at Computer Arts. That is a fantastic magazine. I would recommend it to anyone. The one I made from their tut, is a bit different from the original. I used quite a few alternative techniques as well. If you guys want to see a list of really good tutorial sites drop by the resources section of our site. Be sure to check out http://state-of-entropy.com by Tom Vallombroso. He and are working on a new tutorial site where techniques from PSP and Photoshop will be given for each example.
