Description
Trying my hand at something a tiny bit less elfish and a little bit more moody!
Character is Layla from Morris and Mahna's Rebirth of Passion, clothing is Awful Soul's String Clothes 3 and boots are from Baron_Vlad_Harkonnen's Princess of the Elves for V3... all gifts to me from my oldest son, Mark (aka Xemetrix), thank you honey!
Postwork done in Photoshop CS and background is by me, done in Terragen.

A great idea with pretty hair, but what strikes me is that lack of integration between the character and the actual scene. Try doing some contrast and levels adjustment to make both blend more seamlessly. It's almost there :)

Awesome image! And actually, I think the integration of the character in the scene is fine the way it is ... since the character is so much closer to the camera than the rest of the scene, makes logical sense to me that she would be much clearer and darker in contrast ... I say leave it just the way it is, but that's just my opinion and you know what they say about those ... LOL! Terrific work!

Ive seen alot of terragen images... its amazing the realism that it produces.... makes me wanna learn it! Very awesome image... did u paint the hair too? Ive been trying so hard to learn hairpainting, sadly tho all the tuts are for photoshop and there are none for psp.
