Description

Hello all, My 2nd post to the Photography Gallery, apologies for the size but it pained me to lose detail from the original! I'm doing okay with motionless images, when it comes to movement e.g. insect/bird flight I'm unsure of what settings to use. Any advice would be appreciated! Now I come to think of it, perhaps I should search the forums... Shot with a Canon Powershot G3.

Great shot ! Birds in flight are always difficult, but with insects you might just wanna wait 'till the are settled and then approach them very carefully, from the back if its possible. Also take care not cast a shadow over them, most insects will take that either as a warning that something is gonna eat them or the just wanna sit sit in the sun and move on the another place in the sun. Hope i helped you a bit... Excellent shot btw. !
