@ Tchu1: No it's not my dear Lucia!! I did put those fantastic 'lil creatures on my face indeed and it was great fun!! I just love snails! :) I made a serie of shots and I will post another one of those tomorrow! ;)

Full marks for balancing them, although it looks a mite tickly, especially the southern one! They have nice shells Tibby, but I think they are hermaphrodites. LOL

That's a cute idea hon :-D Now I'm reminded of one of Peter Gabriel's old videos (think it was Digging In The Dirt) where he lay down for four hours and let snails and slugs crawl over his face, then it was speeded up! Talk about suffering for your art! And yes, they are hermaphrodites, but hey, we can imagine ;-)

Wonderful! Pascale!! I love the curves and lines that the snails add to the image, this image could have been even more of a close up! I think it was a good choice to go BW on this one!! Beautiful!!!
