I used terragen for the sky and landscape. I used Picture Publisher 10 as the main workhorse. All light & shadows, reflections, DOF, etc, are done manually in Picture Publisher. all textures are realworld seamless textures. I also use Designer 8 and 3ds max for creating objects.
