I think I know where you took the picture. I was there myself last year. Near Rome, in the garden of a beautiful villa with thousands of fountains. I just don't remember the name of that sight.

I did some research on this image a while back. This is a picture of Diana the huntress goddess, called the Mother God. I'm not surprised it was at Rome. She is also goddess of fortifications (check the castle hat). The strange thing here is that those breast like things aren't breasts they are bull's testicles(a symbol of her 'hunting'). The animals on her lower parts also have a connection with hunting. She's often seen with a bow & arrow & deer! This could be an ancient grove fountain. There ya go!
