Well, this is an incomplete picture am working on. Originally I drew her as a character of one of my role-playing mush games and the odd costume was what she wore everyday (she's very...eccentric). However, I eventually dumped the character but I liked this pic so much so I changed her name. Meet Broken-Bear, one day, far far from now, I may create a comic based on her, but right now all I know is that her name is Broken-Bear and she's smoking something she shouldn't....Oh yea, drugs are bad, don't do it. Mechanical pencil then colored in photoshop, hence the lazy lines.
