Description

I came up with the idea for this several weeks ago, it was at first going to be inside shot and painted, but Cheyenne the Australian Shepard, who was vital to this work would not corporate in the photo shot, so we decided to take it outside to get the picture. In her natural setting she was much more willing to pose, and with stacy's help we got it, so it became a outside picture, and I had to pull a landscape out of my head.....LOL. I sincerly hope you enjoy this, this is my most detailed work to date, and would really appreaicate your feedback as to how I am doing, God Bless and enjoy your week ahead...........John p.s. Painter 8 and nothing more was used....

Your lovely daughter and that beautiful dog...nicely complemented by the enchanting scene. This is definitely a place for stories. Love Stacey's bare feet, Cheyenne's interest. The setting is superb. Please keep 'em coming!

Nothing can touch the heart of others better than something created by the heart of one who is skilled in the art of painting. Electing to portray a special loving family pet and a beautiful young offspring together in the surroundings of a natural habitant, is akin to collecting precious stones to store with one's gold and silver - for the love of family is every bit as precious and touching. I'm impressed with the tiny lettering of the book..."Story Time by Qmont" - a lovely and personal touch to a truly splendid painting. A special vote!

John...this is so beautiful and so very well done! I would hang your paintings on my walls with great joy. If I could ever accomplish the attention to detail and the beauty in your colors and textures, I would be a very happy artist! I love the way Stacy is sitting, holding the book and reading to her dog. The beauty in the colors of the flowers is breathtaking and the rambling brook is perfectly set in this work. I love the darker timbre too! It is a masterpiece of feeling and quality of workmanship! You inspire me my friend! Have a wonderful day! and God Bless You and your famiy!...Cheryl
