Agree with all above! Amazing find and good decision to integrate the close-up into the picture! Was f eine interessante Gegend in der du wohnst. So etwas regt doch auch die Fantasie an! :-)

Extraordinairy discovering. I've hear and learn about those tombswhen studying the mythology and traditions in western Europa, this one is especialy well conserved. I can't read the year on the tomb, did you remember it please? V

unzy, i mean ist is 1735. the convent was formed in 1200. there stands "anno 1735 den 30 (?) septe(mber) ..... starb ... ehrsahm .... gesel..."

Seemed like a good idea to put the tomb near the small tree at the time! Guess they never planned on it getting quite that big! FANTASTIC and curious image!
