Description
A set modelled on one my parents had when i was a child, and a pair of fantasy lamps from the fertile mind of bobbystahr.Found mining the archive again.

Wow-what a nice find! I'm glad you were successful in your dig! How DID you do the lamps? This is just gorgeous! Does it have a matching bed??? I love the carpet, too (I have the same one, except royal blue in the main, with the light blue accents). Really splendid stuff, dear Bobby!

This is beautiful Bobby. The lamps are quite unique. I remember seeing dresser/vanity sets very similar to this.

Tien, the lamps wew made in 2 steps. 1. the shell grid surround was made with convert object, extruded and conform to cylinder and placed around a slightly smaller cylinder that had been extruded so it has thickness, a small ammount. then 2. these were grouped to an axis as the parent and shaped with the taper and pinch commands.I could send you one if you want.The glass was textured with an .iob called cut glass i think that comes with imagine. peace bobby
