Description
Here is something different over at Dreamslayer we have a chain gang challenge going on to do an Anime style picture. So after a learning curve this is how my first piece came out. I think it is pretty good for a newbie in this style. I picked Lum from the series Urusei Yatsura as a starting place. Haven't got the face or eyes right for true anime I will have to try that next time.
I used the Z toon Anime tutorial by SnowSultan to do this and for my model we have Maya Doll the bikini from her clothing pack with a bikini texture. All from studiomaya free. Awful Soul provided the terrain, Coleus with the fog backdrop and the background is from the Stone Temple pack. All in the free section. The flower in her hand is from a pack by Deerpath.

This is great stuff, I haven't watched Urusei Yatsura for a while. This one looks more like an adult version, and she usually wears that expression when Ataru upsets her. All you need are tiger stripe textures for the boots and horns (although she has lost them on occaision).

Not too bad at all for your first anime. I'm not familiar with the character, but this definitely has an anime feel to it. The hair came out great too!
