Description

Hi all...well a few people have asked about the glow effect I use on my images and after encouragement from Something Wicked I decided to try my hand at a tutorial...so bear with me this is my first time if something is unclear just IM me or email me...also there is no nudity so this is suitable for all...I guess glow tutorial is something of a misnomer...this is more like the making of Broken, an image where I used glow...so most of these steps can be skipped if all you want is the glow then just use the soft edge glow action shown in the tutorial...the higher the layer opacity the more intense the glow...also the trick is to play around with things...do what you think is best for your image...I play around with things alot...specifically layer modes and opacities...nothing is written in stone...and most importantly save your work before starting this so if it doesn't work...you can still salvage your work...with all that said...the tutorial can be found at http://members.fortunecity.com/jenai1/glowtut.html if for some reason this link isn't working let me know and I can email you a zip file...also the song which is by Seether featuring Amy Lee from Evanescence has nothing to do with the image it's just something I was listening to while making this tutorial.
